RETURNS/EXCHANGES
-We accept returns for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of receipt of items. All Returns or Exchanges must be Postmarked and Shipped within 14 days after receipt of items. We will not accept returned items after this time period (No Exceptions).
ALL SALE ITEMS, FACE MASKS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, GIFT ITEMS, EDIBLE ITEMS, DRINKWARE, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, INTIMATES AND HANDBAGS ARE ALL FINAL. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE ITEMS.
-Customer pays for all re-shipping fees. Please include phone number or email address to collect shipping fee. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition as you received it, with tags attached. -If an item is returned with damage or stains it will be returned back to the customer and you are subject to additional shipping cost.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
-Any damaged item must be reported within 2 days of receiving your items. This will be based on shipment tracking of receipt (No Exceptions). A Refund or Store Credit will be granted only on properly reported damaged items.
